United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement Briefing with USTR – Members-Only

Date: October 8, 2018

HDMA MEMA Member-Only Bulletin

On Sept. 30, the United States, Mexico, and Canada reached a three-party trade agreement simply titled the "U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement", or USMCA. This agreement, if ratified by the three nations, will replace the current NAFTA, which is nearly 25 years old. Having a modern, updated trade agreement that ensures our ability to remain globally competitive is critical to the vehicle industry.

As an element of your membership in MEMA divisions, such as HDMA, this no-charge session is designed to help members understand the impact of the new USMCA agreement.

MEMA will host representatives from the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) for this Supplier Members-Only, USMCA Briefing on Oct. 15, 2018, at the MSU Management Education Center, Troy, Mich. View agenda here.
