Todd
Cohen, of SalesLeader LLC to Speak at HDAW ’12
ORLAND PARK, IL – October
5, 2011; Todd Cohen, principal of SalesLeader LLC, will present ‘Does Your
Organization Have a Sales Team or a Sales Culture?’ at Heavy Duty Aftermarket
Week 2012 (HDAW’12) at 1:30pm on Wednesday, January 25, at the Mirage Hotel in
Las Vegas.
Cohen’s presentation
focuses on how to build and nurture a sales culture that engages everyone in the
sales process in order to establish a shared perspective on the overall goals of
the organization, while inclusively tracking its revenue. Cohen teaches that the
success of a sales team depends on a company-wide commitment to a robust sales
culture, including working collaboratively with non-sales personnel.
Cohen’s work at
SalesLeader LLC includes assembling and cultivating high yield and performance
sales teams, while also serving as an executive sales coach, advising clients in
corporations of various sizes.
Prior to creating his
sales culture focus, Cohen trained under and delivered many of the most
successful sales methodologies, including SPIN®Selling, Strategic and
Consultative Selling, and Xerox Corporation’s Leadership Through
Quality.
As a professional member
of the National Speakers Association and founder of networking organizations in
the Philadelphia area, Cohen frequently speaks at conferences and national
association meetings. Cohen’s other accomplishments include hosting his own
radio show, “Let’s Talk Sales Culture,” and authoring two books, “Everyone’s in
Sales” and “Never Sell Alone.”
